About Me:
My name is Atma Edwards and I am an Authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant located in Melbourne, Victoria.
I am available whether it be your wedding, renewal of vows, same sex commitment ceremony, naming ceremony, funeral or memorial service, or any other ceremony you choose to commemorate.
My approach as a celebrant is a holistic one, and my philosophy is to ‘Celebrate Life Fully’. You may rest assured that I shall honour your wishes and do all that is possible to make your special event unique and truly memorable.
Marriage Celebrant
I look forward to participating in your ceremony to make it the best celebration possible and a thoroughly enjoyable occasion for you, your family, friends and all your guests.
It is essential that I familiarise myself with your desires in order that we can collectively make your celebration unique. At our initial meeting we will explore your aspirations for this special day. I appreciate that every couple is different and am able to adapt to your specific wishes. 
I will marry you at a location of your choosing, either within Greater Melbourne or beyond. Once your booking is confirmed I will happily take care of all that is required for your celebration whilst you concentrate on your own preparations. However for couples wishing to be more involved I am very happy to work as a team to ensure you are kept abreast of all the planning and preparations.
As you would expect, I will arrange all your official documentation. On your special day I will be at your disposal as far as you desire. I am also able to provide PA facilities that will ensure all your guests hear every word of your precious vows and declarations.
Naming Ceremonies
 Naming Ceremonies serve to Bless and Welcome your precious child into your family, your community and the world, to celebrate their coming Life and prepare for future adventures. Naming ceremonies are secular (non-religious) ceremonies in which parents declare their love and commitment to their child and determination for their positive future. Many parents choose a poem or a favourite piece of prose, which may be accompanied by music. I greatly look forward to making this day a significant event in your lives.
Commitment Ceremonies
 Commitment Ceremonies are performed for various events, including the renewal of wedding vows, the exchanging of vows for same sex relationships, the celebration of a special anniversary, and so on. Your union offers you the highest and most intimate experience of love and shelter. A growing bond of affection, trust and mutual support can bring you both a new and exciting life each and every day to be shared together. Love is the most profound experience that we can have. To recognise this formally assists many couples to appreciate the gift that they share.
Funeral or Memorial Service
I am an experienced Funeral Celebrant and will walk this journey with you in unity and harmony, at either a funeral or memorial ceremony wherever this is to be held. I will support you with compassion and empathy whilst constructing the ceremony under the guidance of family and friends of your loved one. The extent of my input will be entirely at your discretion, as I am very sensitive to the varying desires of families and friends and will contribute as much or as little as you wish.
The service will be performed with dignity and warmth. My long experience as a public speaker is your guarantee that the service will be delivered with the utmost professionalism.
After the Funeral or Memorial Service, your family will receive a copy of the Ceremony.
