About Me:
I regard the day I married my wife as the most important and treasured day of my life. It is a day of huge excitement, nervousness and anticipation … the start of a new chapter in your lives as you begin your commitment to each other as man and wife. The ceremony is the most important part of your day, when you legally enter into the commitment of marriage, described by law as “the union of a man and a woman to the exclusion of all others voluntarily entered into for life”.

Your wedding day takes much preparation and planning, therefore you don’t want to leave your ceremony to chance. As a recently appointed celebrant, I offer contemporary knowledge of options and ideas available for your ceremony to capture the true love you have for each other. There are many symbols, poems, and rituals which can be incorporated into your ceremony, such as hand fasting, ring warming, music, unity candles and flowers.

It’s your special day and such an important occasion, so I would be delighted to work with you to prepare your wedding ceremony. I will work with you tirelessly to ensure your ceremony is planned and delivered to your expectations. Ceremonies should be as unique as each couple and reflect the personality of the couple. No two couples are the same and nor should two ceremonies be the same either. You can be assured I will work with you to develop a ceremony which captures the essence of you as a couple … a memorable occasion to be treasured always.

To help you plan the content of your ceremony, I will meet with you as many times as necessary to develop and review content so the final ceremony is exactly to your requirements. I will also strongly recommend we have a full on-site rehearsal so that the wedding is carefully choreographed, and to give you peace of mind that your ceremony will run smoothly.

Most importantly, you will find me genuine, warm and easy going by nature, a good listener and someone who will make you feel relaxed while we have a few laughs along the way. My role is to help you to relax and enjoy your wedding.

Melbourne is full of many wonderful locations for weddings and I am willing to conduct your ceremony at any place of your choice. I am also happy to travel to regional areas and have a love of our Alpine areas. Yes, I would love to deliver your ceremony in the snowfields or the Alps in summer.
